PayVert offers a non-custodial Web3 platform that enables users to convert cryptocurrencies into local currencies, specifically Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and Nigerian Naira (NGN), without the need for account creation or login. Transactions are processed instantly, subject to network conditions and compliance checks.

3. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information:

You are responsible for providing accurate transaction details, including wallet addresses and amounts. PayVert is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses due to user error.

Compliance:

You agree not to use PayVert's services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing terrorism. You must ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Jurisdictions:

PayVert does not provide services to individuals or entities located in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency transactions are illegal or restricted. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not violating any laws by using our services.

4. Transaction Processing

Instant Conversion:

While PayVert aims to process transactions instantly, processing times may vary due to network congestion or other unforeseen factors. PayVert is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

Fees:

PayVert offers a transparent fee structure. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to the fees presented.

Transaction Limits:

PayVert does not impose limits on the amount of cryptocurrency you can convert. However, large transactions may be subject to additional compliance checks, which could affect processing times.

5. Risk Disclosure

Market Volatility:

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of your assets may fluctuate rapidly. PayVert is not responsible for any losses resulting from market movements during the transaction process.

Irreversible Transactions:

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be undone. Ensure all details are correct before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayVert, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of PayVert's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
